Programme
8.45am to 9.00am: Arrival
9.00am to 9.30am: Orientation (1st Day) & Warm Up!
9.30am to 10.15am: Drills and Skills
10.30am to 11.00am: Snack break
11.00am to 11.45am: Match play!
11.45am to 12.00pm: Cool down, debrief and dismissal or handover to TMC!
