Our Team
Coach Benjamin holds both the FAS Grassroots and Introductory Coaching Licenses, bringing a strong technical foundation to his work with young players. He honed his craft at the Barca Academy before spending two years coaching at CUFA Academy, and currently serves as Assistant Coach for an SFL Division 2 side. With experience across youth development and adult football, Benjamin combines structured coaching education with hands-on pitch experience.
Coach Rio brings top-level futsal and football experience to Foundation Football, having represented Singapore in the National Futsal Team, the Futsal 5 World Championship (2014), and the Singapore National Games. He has competed locally with Tengah FC, Bedok South Avenue, and Bukit Timah FC, and was crowned National Street Soccer Champion in 2016. With over four years of coaching across CUFA, Global Football, Cage, and EFS, plus his FAS Grassroots License and role as an FAS match official, Rio is dedicated to developing young players.
Coach Ayul is one of Foundation Football's most experienced coaches, with over a decade of coaching experience at CUFA. He led GDT Circuit in SFL 2 and guided his team to the FAS IWL title in 2024. A former Prime League player in his youth at SPL2 level, Ayul understands the demands of competitive football firsthand. Currently working towards his ICC coaching license, he brings a calm authority and deep knowledge of player development to every session.
