FAQ
1. Registration & Class Fees
What are the registration and class fees?
Registration Fee: S$80 (one-time fee, includes Foundation Football Club training kit)
Class Fees:
Once-weekly training: S$50 per session
Twice-weekly training: S$45 per session
Thrice-weekly training and more: S$40 per session
Term fees are calculated based on the number of training weeks within each term.
For a player's first term, fees are pro-rated based on the number of sessions they are able to attend after joining.
We understand that children may occasionally be unwell. While we are unable to provide refunds or credits for missed sessions, we offer flexible make-up sessions at another suitable training slot during the term.
What are the upcoming term dates?
Term 2: 6 April – 4 July (13 weeks)
Summer Term: 6 July – 1 August (4 weeks)
Term 3: 3 August – 10 October (11 weeks)
Term 4: 12 October – 2 January 2027 (12 weeks)
Term dates may occasionally be adjusted to accommodate school schedules, public holidays, or venue requirements.
The Summer Term is the only term of the year where we offer a pay-as-you-play option, billed at S$50 per session if you're unable to commit to the full term.
2. Make-Up Class Policy
What is your make-up class policy?
We aim to be as flexible as possible for families.
For known travel plans declared before the start of the term, we can offer a 10–20% fee waiver or roll the equivalent value forward to the following term.
For missed sessions due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, players are welcome to attend a free make-up session at any suitable Foundation Football Club training session during the term.
Please contact us in advance where possible so we can help arrange a suitable make-up class.
3. Class Cancellations & Bad Weather
What happens if it rains during field training?
Player safety is always our top priority.
In the event of lightning or severe weather, we will endeavour to move training indoors at an alternative venue within the same area, subject to venue availability and operational requirements.
To help players prepare for changing weather conditions, we recommend bringing:
Football boots; and
Sports shoes or Artificial Grass (AG) shoes (no metal studs)
This allows players to train safely whether the session takes place outdoors or indoors.
If training cannot proceed safely due to severe weather and venue constraints, the session may need to be cancelled.
Where possible, Foundation Football Club will arrange a make-up session or provide an appropriate credit for any session cancelled by us.
4. Supervision and Pick-Up
Regardless of cancellations, Foundation Football Club coaches will remain responsible for supervising players from 5:00pm to 6:30pm during scheduled training sessions.
Parents and guardians are kindly requested to:
Arrive promptly for pick-up at the end of the session;
Inform the coaches via the relevant WhatsApp group if they expect to be late; and
Notify the coaches in advance if their child will be collected by another parent, guardian, family member, or caregiver.
If a training session is cancelled after players have already arrived on-site, our coaches will continue to supervise and engage the children with suitable activities until the normal pick-up time wherever reasonably possible.
Please note that indoor venue availability is subject to Swiss School requirements and other unforeseen circumstances. Should any changes be necessary, we will communicate updates to families as early as possible.
